Doula services

As your doula I am committed to YOU, your wants and your needs. I don't answer to any authority as I work for myself meaning I can best support you free from bias or policy. I will meet you where you are at and build on my extensive training, subject knowledge and holistic beliefs to ensure you feel fully supported, held and heard throughout your pregnancy, birth and beyond.

In person I cover Hull and East Yorkshire, or up to an hour from HU13, however I also offer virtual doula services, so you can hire me from anywhere in the World. I am 5* rated and have experience of working with a wide range of clients having seen many different births, I've supported freebirths, homebirths, and hospital births. I've worked with clients who have had gestational diabetes, IVF pregnancies, preterm labour and other "high risk" factors, I believe that whatever label you have been given doesn't define you - you can have the birth you want and desire.

In person doula

My in person doula services cover all of Hull, East Yorkshire and further beyond if you're up to an hour outside of HU13. My ethos revolves around a deep trust and respect for the birthing process and the journey it takes you through, this "work" is an honour to witness and it is a true honour to be welcomed into the most gorgeous birthing teams. Because of this I only attend planned freebirths or home births in person, however if you should choose to transfer to a hospital birth at the end of your pregnancy or during labour I will stay and support you.

The full package:

4 x 2 hour meetings antenatally which can consist of birth preparation, hypnobirthing, birth planning, previous birth debriefing, ritual and ceremony to mark pregnancy, birth or intertwined life events, bodywork and harmonics, nervous system regulation and relaxation or whatever you need at the time. I am also available to attend antenatal appointments alongside you if you are engaging with the system.

Hire of my pool

Full tidy up and clear or the birth space whilst helping you settle into postpartum life

I can handle the placenta post birth should you wish for me to create smoothies with it or assist in cord burning ceremony, placental burial or preservation

2 x 3 hour postpartum meetings which can consist of breastfeeding support, babywearing support, cloth nappy support, sitz bath preparation, meal preparation, womb massage, time to rest and recoup, a general tidy up of your home and nesting space, helping with older siblings, birth debriefing, chatting through any questions around newborns/parenting in general, signposting and anything else you might need to support you during this sacred postpartum period

hire of my newborn cloth nappies and any baby carriers are included in the price should you request them

nourishing food, herbs, tinctures and remedies will be brought to our meetings for you to use and keep

£1450 - payment plans available and personalised packages can be created at your request

You can sign me up from as soon as you find out you're pregnant, it's never too early or too late, by popping down a £250 deposit your support will start immediately
The full balance for this service is £1450 which can be paid in monthly instalments that suit you
